AIR CONVEYOR LAUNDRY

An overhead laundry conveyor has several uses:

• Before washing: a conveyor allows unloading, storage and transport of bulk laundry – in bags or slings – to washing stations
• After washing: a garment conveyor takes the wet laundry to a drying tunnel, then the laundry is automatically sorted using the RFID bar code or chips. The garments are then conveyed to covering, filming and folding stations. Our systems also allow us to manage the holding in the storage spaces, as well as the return routing to the delivery truck at the dock.

The main problem in this sector of activity is cleanliness and hygiene, not only textiles, but also equipment and work spaces. Thanks to OCA air conveyors, laundries limit the contact between the floor and the laundry and textiles to be washed.

The entire laundry process can incorporate overhead conveyors to optimize the hygiene and cleanliness of textiles (clothing, bed linen, towels, etc.) at each stage.
